Can you please add back the gold value to the old gear in stormwind/org, I am not sure if this was an intended change however we are already honor capped and 4000 honor per Item is a little much for a bag of plants.
It used to cost 750 for those plants, not 4000, we used to transfer honor to gold and now we cannot do that.
Can you please offer something for pvpers to spend honor on as the prices as for now we have no way of obtaining gold other than pve content.
We were previously able to obtain around ~0.33 gold per 1 honor point.
Now its 20 plants worth probably 75 gold per 4000 max on a flooded AH.
Agreed. Hard nerf on PvPers being able to sustain an income is ridiculous. Especially now we are having to pay repair costs after BGs. Making it so PvPers are unable to actually make money is stupid. Don’t understand it.
Oh 100%, I called that too. But it’s absolutely pathetic that they completely cuck PvPers from generating ANY form of income in this way. Like ffs NERF it if you really have to for your token sales, but we legit can’t make any money. All sat here on 4k honour with nothing to spend it on. The crafting mats and stuff are absolutely not worth it. Considering the amount of money we used to be able to make from a full honour cap, it’s just lame as hell.
They use various data points to walk that fine line between what consumers are likely to tolerate and what they can do to maximize profits from it. Nothing will ensure 100% of consumers will tolerate it though, but a business don’t really think about the individual as much as they focus on the large numbers. Small variations in large numbers is normal when it comes to pricing strategies (i.e. how much many of the consumers can be pushed into spending money to purchase tokens at the price point of tokens, before they abandon the product altogether).
To be clear though, I don’t think it’s necessarily what happened here. It’s pretty small in scale to be messing with what honor can purchase, after all. Although many small things adds up to become a large total, but anyway, it’s not like it’s unusual for Blizzard to miss what is completely obvious to regular players.
