Yep, you get it through warfronts. If you want the tier 3 version (the spiffiest one) you’ll have to get lucky with the quest that comes up once every time the Arathi warfront comes into rotation.

Ah okay. Thanks the gear is so nice I just cannot resist it I will grind like a mad lad.
If you’re super desperate like I was, you can have multiple characters of that armour class. 3 plate wearers every warfront soon started collecting the entire set - plus the world boss drops a piece or two.
