Merely a Setback are looking to strengthen our raid team for Phase 2 BC Classic and beyond.
Roles needed
Healers (mainly Holy Priest and Paladins)
Some Melee DPS like Retribution Paladins or Arms Warriors would be beneficial
We do like to keep a healthy roster also so all classes are welcome to join
What our requirements are:
• You need to speak and understand English.
• You’re able to speak and listen with Discord.
• Be able to take constructive criticism and feedback to improve yourself.
• Be friendly and open minded.
What to expect:
• A fun friendly guild atmosphere, with discord and easy to talk to members and officers!
• Success in dungeons and raids!
• Any help anyone needs. That could include information, help on quests or dungeons!
• People online talking!
• We are a casual but organized guild with sheets for setups, wish lists and assignments.
Raid Times
We decided that to begin with and during any new patches we will probably need 3 raid nights and will cut down to 2 when content is on farm. The times shown below is all in Server times
Wednesday = 20:00 - 23:00
Sunday = 20:00 – 23:00 (Progression)
Monday = 20:00 – 23:00 (Alt runs for raids on farm)
Right now we raid Gruul and Magtheridon Wed.
Thursday, Sunday and Monday are for Multiple Kara runs.
Loot System
We’re having a 5-man Loot Council consisting of Casters, Physical DPS and Healers to give out loot as fairly as possible in 25 man raids.
Kara is usually MS > OS rolls with people discussing who benefits the most from items.
