Horde realm with best reputation as most exp

Heya
First week in EU realms so i want to know where more skilled exp people playing in your opinion?
I was in Wowprogress and saw Draenor, Kazzak, Tarren Mill has good progress score.
From what realm you always happy to see people in your group and you know they will doing their best? Which realm have a good reputation as most powerfull and have skilled players? Players from which realm gives you thoughts “oh…again noob from “realm”…” for example?

(Warning: this is based on personal experiences in instanced content. This may not be representative for the entire realms I talk about!)

Mwa, in a positive way none of them really stand out. Players from Dreanor usually seem to be fine, but many from other realms too.

I tend to avoid players from Kazzak (elitist/toxic), Tarren Mill (everyone is in Method, at least they seem to believe so), Twisting Nether (acting big, performing below average), RP realms and a bunch of non-English realms (mostly due to communication issues).

Wow, thanks :frowning:

I tend to be sceptical about any of the non-English realms personally. I haven’t played enough Horde to make any opinions about any Horde realms in particular, but the German/French/Italian ones often are a pain when people refuse to communicate.

Tarren Mill has the most players with mythic progress. It also has the most guilds that have progressed further in raiding. If you strictly care about PvE progress you should go there. I was there myself.

Draenor, DE realms or RU realms.
I tend to not invite players from Twisting Nether, I haven’t had good experience with them.
Kazzak is a hit or miss but my suggestion is try to avoid them.

My experience, from putting raid- or dungeon groups together, is kinda similar to many here.

From 30.000 feet up, my impression is that players from (former) pvp realms such as Kazzak tend to be a bit more likely, on average, to be toxic and/or intolerant of mistakes or slackers, more likely to abandon a M+ run if something goes wrong. On the other hand, they’re more likely than average to do good dps/healing.

Players from RP realms like say Argent Dawn or DMF, tend to be the opposite. Generally friendly and patient people, but more likely to not really be performing at the highest levels compared to others of their ilvl, and more likely not to know the mechanics well.

Players from PvE realms such as Draenor (which is where i play myself), kind of tend to fall in between on all those things.

That said i’ve had tons of great & patient players from Kazzak in groups, and had complete wads from Argent Dawn as well, so it’s really not that reliable at the end of the day. But sometimes, when you have say a spree of multiple abandoned M+ runs due to either toxic players, or really poor dps, i catch myself being more picky about the realm of the ppl signing up for the next run.

I wouldn’t really place much value on this whole “players from realm X are …” perception when choosing a realm to move to.
Not many things are realm-specific anymore, and with Guilds being one of the main outliers in that aspect, that should imo often be the leading reason you go with realm X as opposed to Y.

Maybe check the recruitment forums for some of the realms that you’re considering, see what kind of people post there. What they seem to care about (gear? likeminded? …), and if many of them come off as people you might like, or not.

TYVM
Was nice to read and to know ppl opinions
will be glad to see more

For horde I don’t really look out for any particular realms except for avoiding the French, spanish and Russian ones.

A good score + just being from a recognizable realm like TM or Draenor is always a nice bonus though.
