I’m looking to start completely fresh on a new realm as Horde. I currently have horde characters on tarren/Kazzak.
So I was looking for some recommendations. Pop isn’t a massive deal so long as it’s not totally dead.
Draenor looks promising but I’d like some personal input from people who’ve played on the actual realms.

stormscale has a good mix of everything .be it raid mythic or pvp you are looking for .
I have a couple of characters on Draenor, and I think it’s a GREAT realm - but I don’t play them much, so it’s not a main realm for me. It has all the advantages of TM and Kazzak, but feels much friendlier.
Maybe Punyelf, who “lives” there, could give you a more expert opinion. 
Thank you both for replies I’m aiming to do a mixture of content, both PvE and PvP so hopefully Draenor or Stormscale are great
