Horde server recommendation

I am looking for a realm for horde and I want to do both pvp and pve but Im leaning towards pve.
I’m mostly thinking about Draenor and Tarren Mill and I dont know if the difference in player numbers and lag is noticable.
I’ve heard people say draenor is toxic but i don’t know if thats true or not.

I am playing on Kazzak and it is loaded with Horde, Draenor is also a good server for Horde.

I have never heard Draenor called toxic until recently. Another poster said Kazzak and Draenor had a reputation for being toxic. I’m on Draenor so either I don’t see this server toxicity or people are just letting the odd bad encounter cloud their judgement.

I would say do you do your own research and if you settle on a particular server create a character there, run into the nearest big town, check out the AH and trade/general. See if it’s what you are looking for.

Look for guild ads for servers you are considering, check out populations on sites like https://realmpop.com/eu.html and https://www.wowrealmpopulation.com/ There are other sites avaialble, feel free to google :slight_smile:

Every server has toxic ppl, Draenor does not have more than other servers as far as i know.
Sometimes you are just unlucky and run into few in a row.

Draenor chat gets a bit laggy sometimes, that’s all really.

Yes draenor chat has been laggy lately, but the community is actually nice, never had any problems myself at least

May i ask what made you move from Magtheridon?

Regarding realms it’s between the 3:Draenor,Kazzak,Tarren Mill
You said you are more interested in PvE,and Tarren Mill is the best of the 3.

I have looked up their stats already. I simply want to know what is the difference of the players and which one you would recommend because I can’t get that from stats sites.

Every server except for Argent Dawn is 99% Horde in 2019 take your pick

I am very happy with being on Draenor as Horde.

In my world, the game was always 99% Alliance, haha.

I joined a server with a heavily Alliance population from the start. That is one good thing about the sharding. There are finally Horde to be seen in the world.

(I am aware there’s plenty of Horde out there, but Emerald Dream was always extremely Alliance oriented, and it used to be one of the biggest servers in the EU.)

But yeah, for the OP I’d recommend Draenor. I have yet to meet this “toxic bunch” you’re bringing up.

Stormscale is Horde dominated.

Would you please stop overselling AD.Silvermoon,Ravencrest probably have bigger population Alliance wised then AD.
Also Outland,Syvanas and Frostmane are heavy ally dominated realms compered to horde.
Aliance wise i would always recommend people to go:Ravencrest,Silvermoon for EU/EN.

My Alliance characters are on Silvermoon, it’s the equivalent of Draenor but for Alliance :slight_smile:

There are indeed various high pop Alliance realms.
