So im looking for a raiding guild that also pvps alot. Not a hardcore one, but that raids atleast 2 times a week at evening hours and progresses MC/BWL during phase 1. I’ll be playing a Tauren Warrior, i will be pvping alot outside raiding. I have reserved names on Shazzrah, but i’ll be open to play on Gehennas aswell, seeing as this one is full atm and it wouldn’t be an awful idea to go there.
Some information about myself. Im 26 years old dude, working atm, but have plenty of time for Wow. Iam a very chill & funny person. Very relaxed and iam prepared to put in the effort for Classic. As i loved every hour i spent in it. Raiding and pvp is my main loveable content of Wow. Still have vent and TS for the real old schools lol. Atm i spent alot of my time playing all kinds of games, mostly rpgs. Also working on becoming a game developer, so im a newb working on making my own game to use to get in to a school next year. I’ve played videogames all my life, used to rock the old Snes,nes,sega genesis etc.
My previous Wow & raiding experience is, nothing in Classic. I started raiding casually in TBC, cleared Karazhan. Raided a bit in wotlk, did the trial of crusade i believe it was called. My tank raiding didn’t pick up until Cata, where i cleared everything as a Tank. Cleared it all on heroic aswell. In MoP i cleared everything as a Tank aswell. Got some ahead of the curve. WoD i have raided aswell, did not do much raiding as my liking for Wow dropped off heavily. Quit after that.
I have played ffxiv alot, where the raiding is fairly similar. They also follow the same tank,healer dps meta. Where i played the 2 last expansions and cleared everything as a tank, most of it aswell on the savage mode (equivalent to heroic/mythic, depending on expansion). I know ffxiv is not the same as Wow but just to show i have more tanking experience outside Wow aswell.
Atm im trying to learn all i can on classic, been watching tons of deepdives and guides to learn everything about classic raiding. I did play classic, but it ended up being a hunter to lvl 56 and also lvled a mage. I have played Warrior a bit on private servers, was hard to get into it as i was afraid all could be lost anytime.
