If we’re “splitting the bill” so to say, I’d love to chip in with some help as well. I just couldn’t possibly juggle everything on my own - time-wise or practically speaking - but with others on board it’d be feasible for me to do something.

I was just made aware of the problems surrounding the organisation of the tournament.
I wish I could have responded sooner, but was out on vacation.

First of all, to the organizers, I am sorry you’re dealing with this.
Life tends to come at us unexpectedly, and I hope everything works out for you.

I would like to re-extend the offer by the Moonlit Caravan,
we are more than happy to help out organizing or sharing a part of the burden with our members and offer our assistance any way we can to make this even happen regardless.
While none of us are active Blood Elf players, we’re active roleplayers and here to help out our fellow player.

So if there’s anything you wish to offload on us, by all means let me know.
I’m fairly sure we share a Discord or two, or you can ping me ingame in the evenings.

Hey, I’m very sorry to say this very close to the tournie, but I’m going to have to drop out from participating.

Getting a bit swamped from work and other issues at the moment, sorry I thought my workload would be clear enough, but it’s been weighing on me a bit lately.
