Horde unskippable Legion start

This has been reported since day 1 of 9.0.1 and it’s still not fixed.

EVERY HORDE CHARACTER that chooses Legion in Chromie Time doesn’t have a choice to skip the legion intro. No matter how many times you do it. Even if you have a character on that particular realm that has already done the Legion intro, you don’t have the choice to skip it.

Alliance doesn’t have that problem. It’s just almost an hour of wasted time for every horde character you want to send to legion.

Wrong. You can skip the intro, it’s just a little bit more involved. There’s this Orc outside of Orgrimmar, which used to offer the skip option, but doesn’t, right? Accept his quest, go to the docks, hand in the ring quest, then go back to the Orc, and he’ll have the skip.

While certainly a bug, the workaround has been posted on these forums before:

I just skipped it a few hours ago on my horde alt: talk to the guy outside of Orgrimmar, he’ll give you a quest to prepare, etc. Do that quest, take the followup, but don’t do it: walk back to the orc outside Orgrimmar, and then he will have the skip option.

Searching for “legion skip” shows that thread as the first hit.

I guess fixing anything non-SL related will have to wait for a few months, since they fired most of their staff… oh well. Thanks for that workaround anyways.
