As fare as i know, a quest giver in Stormwin shut give you a quest, but after i bay all my Run on my New alt (pala lvl 55.) i can’t find any were to tell me wtf i need to do to get this quest or just a way to get the spell.
i have tryed looking for clues on the paladin discord, nothing all there saying is rong.
is this just bugget and never fixed, do i need to be the most useless paladin that don’t have HoL or are there som kind of prequest - still needed even after the hotfix that removed the last request for it.
please i need specifik, this it turning me nots running all over the damm world with no clues.

Can you not just buy the books now?
There is a message that pop up when you talk to the rune broker that tell you runes that required quests to unlock might be broken if you buy all the runes…
Maybe you can write a ticket and have it resolved by a gm
To get horn, you need to do squire questline. It is starting in wpl and then follows with epl.
If you squire doesn’t give you follow ups, just keep killing mobs until he will level up and eventually he will give you the quest.
The righteos vengance quest line can prevent this questline tho
squire questline is for wings
And the squire questline if the so called squire does not level up just spam flash of light on him he will insta level to 60 then.

funny nothing tells it, and when you gruppe whet othere paladin with lower lvl buff it, it was like a big middle finger, gess there dit the quest for the Rune befor the change.
You get Horn as well doing the questline
