I haven’t heard all of it yet, but that almost sounds about right for what we’re gonna get. Impending Void, creepy spider-like creatures in the dark.
It is a mix of those two, I have to spend more time on login screen because of unorganized login screen (realms for example). I did not feel bad about it before the change of the music. Sorry if you can’t wrap your head around this

There are several topics about it on US forums that were created within 24 h.
Im not sure if its the one op meant but I liked this main title music that stumbled on, it sounded really good.
Before I said it was a lot of horror and tension. I’m no music expert, so I’m just describing the parts in layman terms.
But certainly the Xal’atath music from 1:16, the spider music at 6:02, and the queen spider music at 8:27, and more spider music at 11:39 and 12:40.
Yeah, there’s a lot of crawling and creeping and anxiety-building notes in the score.
What does it sound like? Well it’s the violin that builds the sense of stress and the small beats that emulate the crawling of insects - spiders.
I can definitely understand if someone who isn’t fond of spiders isn’t too fond of this music either. And I can certainly also understand that if you’re trying to make a new character that it’s a bit weird to have Xal’atath’s horror music playing. It’s a bit out of place.

No idea why you decide to act this way about someone’s sensitivity to the music. Really interesting behavior. You are talking about freedom of speech while shutting me up and making fun of me for my opinion about something related to the game.

Ah, I like the full version aswell. It takes small quieter and eerier turn around 7min like gathering its strength for the grande finale, and then ending sound like something were triumphant and all is well in the land 
I hadn’t listened to the music before; did now.
I don’t find it anxiety-inducing or anything, but I can’t say I’m a big fan of the snippets of music strewn together. It feels a bit incoherent; I’d rather hear one big piece, honestly.
But; it’s just the login. I’m not spending a lot of time there and if I’m creating a character (which is rare outside of opportunities such as Remix provided), I usually don’t have sound on anyway. So, I’m fine with it in general. It just feels a bit ‘cheap’, having these snippets playing; they’re not even well mixed together or anything.
Yeah they changed something about YT links. I don’t like it.
Well, you made the thread here on EU, did you expect people to agree just because the US supposedly has threads on this?

There are few people who actually agreed here already. So it is not “you” issue.
There is chromatic stuff in the 11 minute section and chromatic is non diatonic.
As I said before, you already have an option to make the music stop playing ingame which you can even hotkey.
But instead of going out of your way for a personal issue, you try to make it our issue by proclaiming “this music, that is meant to be tense and uneasing is making me feel tense and uneasy”.
Honestly, I feel like I am arguing with a child that touches the hot frying pan, then complains it is hot, touches it again (and keeps holding it) and demands others should make it cold instead of hot.
You have an issue. You expressed your dislike. People like me told you its a you-issue and you have the tools to customize your experience accordingly already ingame.
But because you feel like a special snowflake, you want the world around you changing, instead of changing yourself.
Guess what I do when I dislike music in WoW? I mute it.
What do you do? Go on the forums and complain instead of actually solving your issue.
How do you expect me in any universe to respect your stance with that attitude?

Yeah, as a medley I like it as well. That’s how Blizzard have always done the main titles for WoW. There’s tradition to it.
But as login music? Eh, it’s a bit weird, because you’re not going to listen to all 16 minutes each time, are you?
And it also doesn’t really fit the setting. You’re looking at your cozy Warband with your characters sitting around a campfire and the music is going all out? What?
And again, imagine if you’re trying to create a new character and you’re fiddling with the hairstyles and the music gets to the Xal’atath part? That doesn’t really fit the setting, wouldn’t you say?

Yes, but this one isn’t actually a medley. There’s no mixing of the songs together; it feels like hastily pasted together snippets of songs, rather than a balanced medley of musical pieces.
That’s a pretty lousy solution offered to the criticism presented though.
The OP suggests to have the option to choose between different music tracks. That seems like a good and harmless suggestion, so why not just thumbs-up that and avoid the drama lama?

My favorite character creation screen music were something with grizzly hill theme playing on backround while I was creating dwarven character for alliance in df but I cant place the music sadly. It was nice to hear on backround, blizzard has good music. I wish I knew the song
