I kinda had the same problem. Changing the vertical sync settings and lowering the settings did the job for me. And also if u are using a lot addons, try disabling them and check ur fps performance again. I witnessed it before with a lot addons. My fps was sheety really.
Its been reported on many occasions about the FPS issues atm…
Just hoping for a fix and hopefuly they can fix the annoying screen flickering as well…
