I just did my first 5 mask run and got a 470 item. Is this locked weekly, or can you run the 5 masks repeatedly and get 470 items each time?
yes, but you can get reward for 4 3 etc mask as well

It’s locked. So basically you can run a 3 mask vision and get a 460 piece once, you can then do a 4 mask vision and get a 465 piece, then a 5 mask for the 470.
Are these locks shown anywhere in game?
pencil and paper addon should help you

Not that I’m aware of no, but I could be wrong. It’s just reset so you can do a run each week from Wednesday onwards, once done you wait for reset again the following week.

When you will run another 5mask then you will get lower tier reward. I believe that you will be able to spam that reward but never tried it. Meaning that all next 5masks should give you 465
(Still I might be wrong and this can drop down with each run)
You can get only 1 item of each ilvl-tier. So only 1x 470, 1x 465, 1x 460, etc. When you do 3x 5 mask full clear you get 470, 465 and a 460 item.
Saved instances add-on will track how many masks you have completed.
