Hi, I’ve done the entire orgrimmar vision again and again more than 30 times, with 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 masks, with different characters.
the Void-Scarred Boarhide for the seat but also the Voidflame-Resistant Hide and Tentacle Spokes for the second wheel won’t drop…
the first 3 times that I ran orgrimmar with 1 mask, I got disconnected for a few seconds (after having defeated 3 and 4 bosses) and when I logged back, I was back in dornogal without being able to loot the chests.

I made 2 bug reports, talked to many GMs who told me that there is no known problem, that the drop rate is not 100% and to try again, I sent them the link to this US forum post but they told me that they couldn’t to anything.
can you please help me ? I’m only missing the seat and the second wheel for the mount

Our developers seem to have found and fixed this issue recently. Game masters should now be able to assist with this specific issue, if you create a new ticket.

I have had the same problem and sent multiple tickets over this and every time Blizz just seem to shrug.
The latest issue was the wheel itself, I already had one wheel fitted and the other parts of the wheel didn’t drop so I wrote a ticket. They then gave me the two extra parts to make the second wheel that should have dropped. Except everytime I click on them it says 'you already have too many of that item).
I also didn’t have the exhaust either. To which they basically shrugged and said ‘unlucky’ in not as many words.
WTF is this?
I miss out on an expansion feature because of a bug??, it’s well within their capability to just give players the bike, its not like the content is in any way shape hard at all anyway …
I have had issues with parts of the Deathcycle not dropping and tickets just being chinned off by Blizz. Some items they can replace but some they just can’t?
