Horse animations are so goofy/bad/trash/garbage/+20 years Outdated...(Stuck in indie)

The only mount animation that looks normal is invincible mount (ofcaurse Woltk was PEAK)

  • Maybe applying invincible’s animation to all other vanilla(human mount)/shadowlands
(fallen charger) mounts should be just right, its copy paste easy, that should fix those broken horse legs :hammer:
This is really sad, at least for a grounded mount enjoyer who likes to explore in peace
  • Its…m a d d e n i n g

Have you jumped on a llama? Now there’s goofy

Or a cat… Or a bird…

Or a FISH !!!

While we’re at it, can we discuss the stiff mounted animation player characters still have after all this time? I shouldn’t call it an animation really, because it’s stiff as a mannequin. But would it really be so hard to have the character lean forward slightly, look ahead in a determined manner, at least when using Surge and Skyriding?

Riiight! Thx for reminding me… need to mount one of those when I log in next and bounce around a little with space; haven’t done that in ages, always makes me giggle…

It is somewhat funny, but at the end of the day the animation is what mostly prevents me from mounting my precious Xoroth Flame Mane, Headless Horsemans pony, etc.

Dis so quuuuutty :dracthyr_love_animated:

Oh yes, this is even worse than the horses xD
Of course we shouldn’t expect some sort of “per mount(type) animation” (although? FF14 is stiff as WoW, but has some diversity by race/gender/mount sitting position) but a general little animation like quoted would be a really nice fresh up and shouldn’t be too time consuming to achieve
I mean yes, okay, everything is time consuming that is out of the main dev envoirement, but…pwwease?
We should spam the ingame suggestion tool :dracthyr_hehe_animated: (no please, don’t spam, don’t wanna be shackled up for calling for spam :dracthyr_cry_animated:

Cuufy… :dracthyr_lulmao: (get it? goofy-cute)
