Hotfix for 'normal battleshout' overriding a 'battlefield commander battleshout'

Hello,

Could we please get a hotfix to stop a ‘normal battleshout’ overriding a ‘battlefield commander battleshout’, so the group stops losing the extra 3% stamina.

What’s the point of taking battlefield commander if the group and myself can’t take the full advantage from it ?!?
