The quest is marked on the map but nothing available in the room. I can't see quest npc, how do I progress this quest?

I think this happened on my warlock but the bug somehow fixed itself..

My Demon hunter isn't getting any luck and stuck for last 10 minutes trying to figure out why this quest is not there.

Hey Philidan,

Try re-logging while in Orgrimmar and see if you receive the quest.
