AS of today 17.06/2026 my housing limit is 4172/4340 but if I try to place anything more than a 3 point cost it’s telling me I have reached mu limit when I clearly haven’t.
Please help.

I’ve had the same thing and someone gave the advice that when you walk through the house and visit every room the number gets updated and changes. It did seem to work but it’s a bit weird that the counter does all kind of things. Should be just a fix number that is correct.

The decor only has a set distance for the game to be registered. You can check the decor limit changing depending on where you are in your house simply because some items wont be loaded out of range. Its an annoyance but the best you can do is math out how much you actually have left
Shouldn’t have to do that in a game I’m already paying a monthly subscription for.
