It isn’t. They announced literally an hour ago that they are “temporarily delaying” the Housing PTR and that they’ll “update when they have more info”. Question, HOW do you not have “more info” ON YOUR OWN GAME?!? Jesus Christ…
I would’ve assumed they would’ve atleast pushed out the PTR itself without the housing stuff, but not too surprised

It’ll probably come up at 6.30 pm BST on Thursday , lag so bad it’s unplayable and still finish at 7pm BST Thursday and then they’ll tell us the test went great. Then it will go live on Dec 2nd and still lag like mad, get disabled and maybe come back just before Midnight

Mean while opt-in midnight alpha?7beta invite in their site and hold for paying beta access until closer december 2 i guess beta early access/paid access start same day when i tried my luck in TWW opt-in i got invite but week before launch lol so its totally random i hope they wont cancel house free preview event tough even ptr 11,2,7 goes live probably if not today night then tomorrow i also think blizzard should be more clearly this ptr is midnight pre patch (without main event for now) not TWW aftermatch we have that already
