How about a subscription refund for queue times?

I havn’t read the EULA but i’m pretty sure like most companies the service has to be down for x days before you even is eligible for compensation . And the service was never down.

There been a huge demand so yes the server got clogged which was fixed last night. Calm down.

Blizz will give a refund for stuff like this. But they will instantly delete any and all characters on your retail and classic accounts…

I’m not in the habbit of donating my money to a multi-billion dollar company that don’t provide an adequate service.

If you want to cancel your sub and get a full refund Blizz will allow it, but no partial refunds from what I have heard.

Move server also subscription covers cost of Retail so no chance of refund, unless they separated Classic subscription from Retail and that would cause way more rage

2nd day of launch and people already want to be reimbursed. It seems that every time something is launched, people forget about the crap that prior launches had.

Since you pay for a month of gametime, let’s say 30*24 hours, is 720 hours.
All this for €13. Your 9 hrs would be worth 16 cents. Even if you would argue you’d have 8hrs playable on a free day, it still would be about 49 cents for 9 hours.
And that is considering full price and still having access to retail.

Seriously, have patience, this will be resolved, as with every launch.

Doesn’t matter what it costs, if a company is completely inept and fails to deliver what they promise and presell to paying customers, they should be punished for that. I’m sure there are some EU regulations concerning this.

Retail is an unplayable piece of garbage. WoW died after WOTLK, we pay for CLASSIC and get a stupid toy thats called retail. Nobody cares about the stupid toy.

Its 13 euro, blizzard should grow up and give it back for not providing with the promised product.

I disagree. I joined the game a week ago and I can confirm, it is playable.

For me, its not about money, but about time, i get home from work, wanna play, bur cant because till i get thru que its too late cuz im working tomorow too…but yea they cant give me my time back, at least they should do is refund, not because its a lot of money, but because they failed hard af and they shluld use refund as a sorry…

Exactly. We are paying for WoW. Classic is an included service. A service that lots of paying customers are not receiving. I don’t understand the absolute pea brain logic to your argument.
