Yes you are entitled to the product, and you have access to it - there are available servers.
No one is entitled to go on whatever server they wish without queues. Thats not how servers work.
I know it’s frustrating being locked out of one server but the game is available, you’re just choosing to not play on free servers.
This problem is not going to go away until some people realise that servers have limits.
That said, some complementary game time wouldn’t go amiss to mitigate some of the frustration and act as an apology. It has been a poor launch, even by Blizzard standard.
Problem is we actually have some life apart from wow and thats what keeping us from being online 20 hours a day from early morning to avoid waiting 6 hours in a queue man. Honestly.
Yeah, this all good and handy, except BFA is garbage and if there were 2 seperate subscriptions, people who want to play only classic would choose it anyway. So in fact, a lot of players are paying monthly fee to play only Classic and not BFA. Just because Blizzard are wraping it as a package, it is not an excuse to argue that “you have plenty of content to play in BFA, herp depr, I’m a white knight of a corporate shole”.
Refund for what subscription? Retail? This is classic forum. You paid for retail, not classic.
then play when the queue is over like the rest of us. You want to tell that you have never stood in a line before in you life? when you have a ticket for the movies and go inside you say the same thing to the guy in the door? that you payed and you cant wait in queu?
and by the way there is worst because you pay for 2 hours the same amount of money that you pay for wow for a month! in wow though you get in line everyday ok, its not very good but most people deal with it and eventually it will shorted out
So you want a refund, while you have tons of options to play on a different realm without queue’s ? If you don’t wanna leave your current realm because of friends that is your own choice ?
Why just not waited several day’s and then pick a server, everyone with common sense would know that first 4-6 servers would be a drama. Its your own fault and now crying for a refund of 13 euro, you guy’s are so entitled
It was. I can play anytime I want. No queues. Why? Because I planned ahead choosing the RP realm. You made the decision to stand in the queue for a realm. You have to accept that this will be the case for a while.
