Hello, dear WoW HC community. Big pleasure to be among the toughest
I have an idea: At level 60 you don’t die permanently, but you receive long-lasting stasis (a week for example).
Why this could be a good thing, even if it is not so “hardcore”:
- This won’t lead players to huge stressful IRL event
- They won’t quit. They will play their alt, stay in the community, and stay in the game.
- You’ve reached the maximum level, you’ve beaten the game. Now you can rest assured you’re in the pantheon of heroes.
- This will encourage people to play end-game content but still play extremely safe.
You can transfer your char to classic era and die as much as you like.

Agree, you transfer your char after death. No issue at all.

Hardcore is one life challenge at all levels, not only 1-59.

Only if death is punishable, for example, it would take 3 weeks to resurrect or something.
Accept your demise and move on

You’ve climbed the first mountain, congratulations.
That doesn’t mean as a mountaineer that you’ll suddenly become invincible from falling to your death just because you climbed to level 60 mountain as there are more mountains after the first one.
If you’re afraid of losing it all on the HC servers, rest assured as others said: After dying you can transfer for free to the Classic realms and if you’re really afraid of death, you can just not join the HC realms at all.
exactly your going to die at some point in hc dont be afraid of it
