How am I supposed to do Tailoring low level?

I don’t understand how to level Tailoring in Bfa because it’s for high level gear and I want to craft for my level which currently is 21.

You’re supposed to utilise the crafting items Relics of the Past that you also create and insert into the piece you wish to create, it will dictate the item level and required level of use. That way, for old expansions, you can make old gear usable at high level - but new expansions you can make usable at a lower level.

Hope it helps! I haven’t tested this new system yet myself, but hopefully you’ll know where to start now.

Totally confusing backwards system,how they expect new players to understand this when i’ve been playing years and im confused by it i’ll never know. They really need to simplify this.
