I had 58 level alt which I leveled with stopped experience through all classic zones. I wanted to visit every classic dungeon at level 58, then level to 68, visit every TBC dungeon, etc. Right now my character was squished to level 24 and there are only two BfA dungeons in LFG tool, no Classic dungeons, nothing.
I researched a bit about Chromie Time and it looks like if I would enable Chromie Time for Classic, then I’ll get Classic dungeons in LFG, but what about TBC dungeons? I can’t switch Chromie time, right? Right now I think that Chromie time is not enabled.
Please also note that the character I’m talking about is on a separate account and there are no 120/50 level characters on that account, so it probably counted as a “new” player.
Right now it seems that I can level through all zones, so that’s not a problem and I don’t need Chromie time for that, but I also want to visit every dungeon via LFG tool.
Actually Chromie talks to me. I did not try to enable Chromie Time, because AFAIK it’s irreversible decision and I don’t fully understand the implications of doing so, but she offers dialog options.
Thanks, apparently I was wrong. Indeed I can enable it, choose any expansion I want, switch to another expansion and so on. I’m not really sure why I can use it without level 50 character on that account, but not gonna complain about it (:
if i remember correctly, and please dont quote me on that, blizzard said they want people to experience the newest, up to date lore first, aka bfa, before you can mix match the separate expansions. thats all i can remember really what was given as reason why.
