How and why does Rogues get to use Sprint during a whole game? Does it have no cooldown?

sprint has a talent that increases itâs duration and makes it so that it gives 100% speed, thereâs also a new talent tat makes it so shroud also gives 100% run speedâŚ3 mins cd though, so no clue

Also, I just found out that Outlaw can effectively reduce the cooldowns of most of their abilities including Sprint, by simply spending combo points because of:
vanish also reduces all cds by 15 secs per use and they got 2x plus a talent thst reduces the cd of vanish by 33%.
Thats for subtlety.
I main Feral and rogue, and i been playing both since Wrath.
Yet, I am always amazed when I look at rogues talents.
Its just crazy design.
And then I go back on my feral and I look and its just underwhelming likeâŚ

And then they back home and its the ugliest most undesirable version of what the kid initially was impressed by.

Rogue is at least 5 generations ahead of most classes in terms of design.

ofc rogue is better than feral at being rogue, and feral will never be as good as rogue related on what makes rogues rogues just like rogue will never become hybrid like feral 
feral is hybrid, rogue is pure dps, makes no sense ask things like vanish cloak evasion etc, its a choise. play rogue or druid, which you want to be, you cant be both even tho game is pretty trivialized by now related everything!
if you made ferals rogues, next rogues would start asking clones and then game will make no sense at all. at that point we might aswell just remove all specs and classes and that would be no fun lol

Ill help you a little bit, im not talking about me wanting rogue talents, im speaking about thr fact the rogue talent points are sufficient to pick all you need, as for feral you gotta drop important must- picks just to to pick dispel for example.
The fact that on the way to build a pvp tree you gotta pick pve talents like soothe and wild growth, ironfur, moonkin form and so on.
Also the issue with you not being able to pick mass root/ ursols vortex and innervate with normal single target build.

This class is insane. I hate all their specs, mostly assa it has no skill. Just put bleeds and hug pillar. I rather fight against sub than poop assa. Remove their hands so they can never play again.
I want 4x turtle, 4x disengage, 4x, exhil, 4x cheetah, and double tap back AT 4x charges too. I want all of that the double of what rogue has now, since they have the double 2x of everything while hunters have 1x of everythingâŚ
I want Turtle removed, i want feign death removed, no stealth for hunter and only a half pet for hunter, your class is even the worst in the game

Rogue does have sprint but unlike prior patches they have no way anymore to negate slows without expending cds, so sprint is up frequently but its definitely not as good as what it used to be, but its still very nice mobility.
Iâd personally prefer being able to shift out of all roots and slows but thats just me
because it is, if you are not able to play it like it is suppose to be played that is your issue not the specs, people asking for rogue abilities for feral cause they are comparing their toolkits is simply bad when they are not comparable as specs or even class

you specifically listed every rogue abilities like vanish,evasion,cloak etc and have been listing for some time now cause you have this weird notion of comparing rogues and ferals as same when they are not same as spec or even class
you should stop complaining about ferals using rogue as comparison to toolkit what you think feral lacks as they are not same nor ever will if the devs have any sense. you are druid with the druid toolkit which you need to utilize fully

Rogue talent tree is a great example of perfection, rogues do not need to sacrifice PvP utility vs PvE utility, theyre seperated talent-wise.
Rogues also got their core utilities baseline.
Ferals and druids in general are forced to pick PvE abilities and traits like Soothe, Wild Growth, Moonkin form and many more.

Made to choose between barely effective, quite outdated abilities like Mass Root, Thorns, Innervate via great sacrifice not only in talent points but in playstyle and numbers uppon numbers.
While rogues got their core abilities and much more.

They have a pvp talent that gives nearby teammates 30% speed buff for like 6 seconds, everytime he uses between the eyes
So im not sure if that also applies to the rogue, and if thats what you maybe be seeing as a result
considering between the eyes can be used a lot now (i think)

I still feel since sprint pvp talent was nerfed that at least as Assa Rogue mobility still feels worse than it did previously, even with 2 charges of step. Also feels like thereâs a lot of misinformation in here since people just say Rogue (which happens a lot imo with rogue specs) when they then mention things specific to only one spec.

As feral you gotta pick a bunch of talents you will never use that only find use in PvE.
As rogue you dont need to do that because pve talents are mostly seperated.
