This list has like what? 100 players?
Why do we have a limit? So that your 8-bit processing power doesn’t get ruined?
Please, for the sake of the minimally-invested players in the m+ community, invest like 5k bucks and buy some indian service who can put some fields into that table and make ignore list actually look like something out of post 1990+.
You can use an addon to have an unlimited list.
That addon, is exactly what it is. an addon. Why not have it built-in instead of a bug ridden addon? I get errors with that addon, and none without it.
why do you need ignore thousands of players?
I’ve only have three characters on my ignore list. Though admittely i could of added a few more over the years but no where near 100.
I just don’t see the point ignoring in most cases as most bad players i come across i will never see again anyway, unless they are on the same server.

You gotta be doing something really wrong if you need more than 100 places on your ignore list. Even in my 10 years+ of playing, I estimate 20ish people or so have been placed on my ignore, with many of that depleting over the years since people move servers, delete characters, ect.
That’s not to say I disagree with it being upped from 100. The ignore function needs modernised to also make it impossible for those you have ignored to add your character as a friend. There could be some technical issues with also making the ignore function make the ignored characters invisible to your character and vice versa, though that would probably require a lot more thought lol.
I guess ignoring anyone who says or does the slightest thing that’s bad is not the way to go.
Personally, my list is empty.
Most things in the game need to upped from macros to the questlog.
After playing since 2006 i have not a single human on my ignorelist… what the hell you guys need this for? You could just ignore them by yourself why the heck you need a ignorelist for this. Rly curious i cant understand.
I usually ignore players when it gets into whisperers then after its cooled down I’ll remove them.
As their not going to persist to send me messages knowing I’ll not obtain or see them.
You list your 22+ key
The tank pulls half the dungeon and wipes the grp
He calls everyone idiots and leave
Now you have a 21+ key
You put the tank on the ignore list so that he cannot sign for any of your future keys via LFG and ruin them also
After 10 expansions and playing 30 keys per week on average your ignore list is way above 100
Its really not that complicated to grasp unless your a casual farming mounts and having fun in The Barrens General Chat

Why you need to attack me? I’m too doing key at midlevel like you and never would put someone on a ignorelist even if we lose a key.
There are some people i don’t want to deal with anymore and instead of personally remembering their name in order to avoid them, i just add them to ignore list so i don’t accidentally invite them again or join their group.
That just makes you special.
I can imagine if you pug a lot in challenging content, you may bump into the limitation trying to weed out players you’d rather not group again with.
They could perhaps add a better system for that specifically.
