How can I call Blizzard

I need to get personal contact with Blizzard. A ticket will not do anymore. I asked for them to call me in tickets, but bad responses and automated crap is all I get.

Where is their a DIRECT phone number?

They do not have a direct support number. If there’s an issue they can help you with they will offer you options including a callback feature instead.

Well that simply won’t do. I asked for them to call me, left my number in the tickets etc. I have done everything I need to do in the tickets I wrote over the last few months, but no help is given.

Where can I get this callback feature that I already asked for?

Without including private details, what subject are you trying to contact them with?

On-going harassments that are well documented, I even have a screenshot from the last ticket I send where I talked to say Game Master Merenixia, Specialist Game Master Asmoranom or Game Master Nuvradant.

A phone call will not change anything. You could wait until a Blizzardian comes around and give you some final advice, usually this is just continue documenting the behaviour, report it to Blizzard through ticket and if any out-of-Blizzard platform harassment occurs you should engage your local authorities to start a case.

And they can ask Blizzard for all the given proof so far and then take serious measures. But there’s only so much Blizzard can finally do.

Thank you. I will wait in this thread. I want a real response now and not from some wage-AI-drone. I have done enough, and nothing is being done. I asked them to call me, so lets start there again…They have my tickets, so they have my number already.

Not wanting to be that “glass half empty” guy, but I am afraid the blues here can only advise you to use the ticket system. The forums are not a replacement or extension of the in game ticket system and they cannot act from forum posts.

Phone callback is only available during certain hours and for specific issues of which I don’t think yours is one I am afraid. I don’t know if they are able/allowed to call you from the details in your ticket.

If you dont have another ticket open yet and it has got that bad, I would recommend you open another now.

Good luck.

OP, you are just going to have to accept that Blizzard cannot do anything more for you unless this person actually breaks the rules.

Since you have exchanged messages with a senior GM there is nothing else you can do. They will not call you so you can rant at them over the phone. If you have included all the information you can then and they have either decided it’s not harassment or it is so mild, there is nothing you can do.

They will deal with serious harassment, ingame you can just ignore players.

One more thing, if you keep making tickets after they have said there is nothing they can do, your ticketing privileges may be removed.

You can also just not assume things, and move along. This has been going on since January, and I know where things are. I have been a player of blizzard games since warcraft 2, clean account with only a 2 day ban in classic when I got made at some spanish player spamming in general chat in STV…I know my self, and I know what is not acceptable.

Maybe yours and Blizzards definitions aren’t the same.

I am assuming if it was bad then it would have been dealt with quickly on the first request. Which makes me think it’s borderline.

Bump, now he whispered me again through ignore-list, aka circumventing blizzards own systems to again screw with me randomly, when I have had him on ignore list for a long time: https://imgur.com/a/qmkga9y

Can I get a blue post on this soon?

You ignore and report him again.

You could do a workaround & disable whispers in your chat window.
That way you should only get bnet friend messages & w/e global or guild/party chat messages.

If you have a case of ongoing harassment, then please report it through the ticket system. We cannot assist with this through the forums as some of the forum posters have already pointed out.
