How can i enchant heirlooms?

I have a little bit of problem with certain enchants. I’d like to use mop enchants on my heirlooms but they are upgraded to 4/4 so their ilvl is too high and i can’t use them with my main.

Is there any way to enchant them without a lvl85-90 toon?

I tried to decrease my heirloom’s ilvl with party sync but when i’m trying to enchant it then it still checks for it’s pre-scaled ilvl.

short answer: no

The looms scale with the person having them, so if you want to have an 85-90 enchant on it, you need an 85-90 enchanter.

You need to enchant the heirloom in the right level range.

I think you can still send the now enchanted heirloom to your alt through mail altho tbh I just left the enchant in my bags until I reach the required level.

Wish they’d remove this nuisance of a restriction ever since they made enchants scale…

I recall this being viable method at some point, maybe still.
I believe once you hit a certain point in leveling the enchant will become red highlighted on the tooltip and no longer activate - you can still use the weapons just no effect so I’m afraid not the full usage you may have hoped.
