I asked ingame, they said it must be the original legendary cloak that was already removed from the game. I’ve been playing since 2021, I didn’t even have a chance to get it 
Now I tried to go there in pandaria remix, but the game throws me back to the starting point even though the others port there.
Couldn’t this restriction be removed at least from the remix?

Doing this was really silly.
They should either put the cloak back in or remove its requirement to get to Ordos.
I don’t know why they removed the cloak questline. This didn’t make the game better in any way.
