Forum doesnt let me send link but you can see from warcraftlogs for lady inevra fight for example (mechanicly there was not so much fail so i picked it) I check from wow analayze and there was not too many mistakes yet i still parse only %82. And also there is xymox fight i parse %87 with no major mistakes according to wowanalyzer yet it is not even above %90. I want to make every fight above %95 atleast. But best i can do is about %80 parse. How can i improve more ? I sim my character. This is the best gear equipped atm.
With fire mage it can come down to fight timings. Ideally you want the boss to die not long after a combust and it makes your dps much better. Inevra you can gain a lot if your combusts line up with adds.
Also disciplinary command is bis now.

I got my first 97 parse but it was little cheating we killed shriekwing in one phase. I guess bosses need to die really fast to get above 95 parse
Generally for heroic you’ll be able to parse 95 (orange) pretty routinely even if the conditions aren’t the greatest assuming your gear and skill are on par. Your gear is a little behind considering how late it is into the tier, so that could be a limiting factor. However, look at this:
My latest inerva kill versus yours, you can probably see that there’s a difference. You’ve reached a point where if you want to actually improve, you need to start playing perfectly. You do 95% of the things right, but as long as there’s that 5%, you won’t be able to reach the next point. Not saying it’s easy either since it isn’t.
Personally, I usually aim for full 99 logs on heroic, after which I kind of stop caring and get sloppy/stop using consumables (and generally I stop gearing mid-way through the tier, which has already passed), so I’m not personally playing at my peak anymore either except in mythic raids. Some people enjoy this game more than I do and they’re able to keep going, which is also what you’re facing against here (again, it’s late into the tier). So that’s one bit of advice, try to peak at 1-2 months into the tier and then be done with it unless you really want to keep on going. It makes life a little easier, it’s hard to care enough to keep going 100% after a while.
Actually at this point i think my it is because of my gear. I played with very good fire mages . I do my combestion opening perfect at start and i m still so much behind them like 3-4k. My pyroblast hits 11k with legendary and x2 conduit and other mages hit with 14-15k atleast. But there is also mistakes like i dont use pf without combustion or sometimes miss rop or shifting power. It is so hard to get above 95 parse. I was able to get 99s during bfa, I really miss my old mage with blaster master. Masterful corruptions trinkets. wrist. and azerite essences.It was really perfect class
I believe it’s a combination. To get 99’s you need to have the gear and your gameplay needs to be practically flawless. Your gear is not up there yet, but you would probably still get full 95’s on heroic if you played perfectly and had a bit of luck.
Combustion rotation is one of the fundamentals, but you’re not trying to perfect the fundamentals anymore: you’re down to the smaller details and those are the things you need to hone. I’ll use myself as a reference and tell you that if I make even a single mistake during a fight I immediately notice the difference even if it’s a very small one. You just lose the momentum.
Thanks for the helps mate. I got 99 shriekwing and 97 from hungering. I really can see the differance of one small mistake can lead so much dps loss. Sometimes my soul igniter doesnt recast even through clicking million times. that leads desync with combustion Should i use a cancel macro for that.
