just want to cancel wow now ,they can keep the money for shadowlands ,cant play modern warfare cant get into account to do anything ,a lot of ads but no product to support them ,just a money sink now

I would assume you would just cancel the payment method, so if you paid by PayPal then you would log on that account and cancel the recurring monthly payment, same with a bank if you pay by direct debit, just cancel it. I would assume that once you stop the payments, your battlenet account and game time would then just expire.
You can manage your subscriptions in your account settings on the website

keep getting error 500 even this evening ,glad i deleted wow now.

you are kinda missing the point ,all the money went into ads or what ever it went into but it did not go into the people that have supported the game ,so i want out i cant get out without contacting my bank? cant speak to someone about an in game problem ,now we have a thing where me a player signs up to help new players ? so i pay to give my time to new players so a 36 billion dollar company do what exactly? battle.net never worked where did all this money go ? i get bombarded with adds to come try out the new expansion that did not happen to get more adds to say come join the pre-patch …to be in a que for 3 and a half hours for nothing at all cant play any game on battle.net what’s my money doing exactly?
You can go to your account settings on the website, try a different browser if getting an error sometimes helps.
It’s a voluntary thing to help out new players to the game, it’s an act of voluntary kindness to foster a sense of community. Every new player starts somewhere. The new Exiles Reach start experience is a step by the company to create an easier experience for new people as well. If you’re upset by people volunteering to help others, god help other parts of your life.
You’re right they could invest more in that aspect of things as it has been an issue for a while. However some solace in that there is a large community out there itching to return for content and it shows lately with people enjoying the new levelling experience.
