When people whine like your OP? Where you act as if the entire game revolves around you, and your needs to get ONE specific bug fixed? Yes. They’re most likely working on it, and once it’s fixed, you’re gonna complain it wasnt done fast enough.

You’re right, I should just roll over and accept that the game I paid money for and actively pay a sub for doesn’t allow me to do what I want to do in aforementioned game due to the devs being too incompetent to actually fix something that is broken. In short, my money spent is worth less than someone elses. Totally not a legit reason to complain.

If you are a mage without access to heirlooms that just started legion, you are pretty much screwed until you can get a weapon that youur mage can use, if your artifact weapon quest is bugged, thatis. That weapon questchain is one of the first things you do in legion and each class has their own quest line for their weapons. Each spec also the same.
What do people do whose characters are stuck in limbo without a weapon as they only want to play that character in legion content? Wait for blizzard to fix it?
What about people leveling mages through legion to get to max level?
Ive seen my fair share of things that do not work in wow but the main quest to get your weapon should work.
