How come we always hard nerf BM and never want them to be viable in m+?

Please blizzard if u are reading this, fix beastmastery hunter. U made them in a good spot to start with and decided to nerf them down to f tier AGAIN!. this is gonna be 8 seasons in a row that bm hunter is barely playable in keys… please look into this instant!.
