I tried about 20 different normal names but all were taken.

I got so bored of it that I took something like Musk/Grimes son’s name.
And yes it starts with X. :crazy_face:

Edit: for another account/game (don’t remember which one) same problem. So I tried ‘Triedathousandnamesbutitwastaken’
Guess what? It was taken.

When the system was introduced I simply used the name of my main at that point.

My name Cosy, is from my 2020 experience. Was in homeschooling but never had to attend any zoom calls (teacher liked me and I was acing the classes anyways), so I basically stayed up gaming with friend i made that were in america.

so while the average german was asleep at 4 in the morning it was the middle of my day just gaming in blankets nice and comfy style which led to the name “TheCosyCasual”, this then stuck and I liked it.

Throughout the years there have been many versions from “TheCozyOne” to my current league/stream and disc name “Mr.Cosy”, its even so iconic among my friend and those I play with my gf is dubbed “Ms.Cosy” and now I have no intentions of changing it ever, I plan that when i help make my son or daughters account they will be “Cosy Jr.”.

So ye, I like being cozy.

Xbox 360 account 2005, used the same user name for ps3.
Then steam in 2011 for Skyrim. ( I was not happy I had to download and use steam to play it at the time btw)

Wow was different because my user name was completely different from btag. Remember until cata. Using bnet was optional before it became mandatory. They tried to bribe us with that penguin pet for doing so.

Then before cata launched , maybe even in the ICC patch. Blizz said nope , you have to have a bnet account to play our game.

Now I have the same user name for every single bloomin pc launcher lol my personal life is just launchers and password authenticator apps.

I wasn’t happy having wow mandatory on a launcher at the time either. I always just clicked the wow icon and then suddenly I have to go through extra steps to access my game. It just felt like a worse user experience.
