Had a great experience did all hard quests, walked into a house with level 46 ogres in Blasted Lands and got my warlock one hitted by 58 elite and popped potion instead of sacrifice. That was it step outside the guide in the world and get rewarded with bein dead to something that should now be between lowbie mobs.
Also 120 gold died and 10 days of comeback to WoW after a break since TBC came out.
So, Grol the Destroyer got you, and you so pissed off your guides you have to hijack every thread.
Died on my lvl 47 warrior. Went to Hinterlands to make green lvl 42 quest Grim message. I needed to kill bunch of whitebark trolls lvl 42 around. Charged into the camp into one troll, but did not notice behind column that other 2 trolls stayed there as well⌠had to fight against 3x lvl 42 trolls. Did not pay attention to their poisons. They put 2x poisons on me and one huge poison debuff⌠I think I lost around 10% of hp per tick when I tried to run away, but that was the end.
Dont underestimate mobs even if they are green non-elites
Died becasue Stitches bugged and was standing in Darkshire square with no guards fighting him, yelling everything is good. Coming around the tavern corner and got aggroed from across the square. Stitches follows me inside the townhall, guards not doing anything, and straight up kills me in front of the mayor. Nice HC experianceâŚ
Stiches got me once. Might have been a little tipsy, didnât really notice him.
Pally died when I got too much respawns trying to get away and I failed to hit the right invuln from the castersâŚ
Ranger died on respawns in a caveâŚ
You attack 5 mobs on purpose on a warrior at lvl 51? That is truly bizarre!!
They got my Gnome Warlock. I watched them go by then decided to look them up on wowhead. Did alt-tab without logging out so when I was done reading they had turned around and murdered my charâŚ
My deaths so far (all were dwarf hunters):
Lvl 12 : Died to a croc while running to Menethil Harbor (while not paying attention)
Lvl 18: Stupidly died to two condors in Redridge Mountains. I am still confused about this one.
Lvl 26: Died in wetlands while trying to kill some Mosshide gnolls for crude flints. My plan was to burst down 1 gnoll and run, so I could clear the camp of 4. The swamp lurker (and crocs) behind me did not agree.
Lvl 27: barely survived Missing in action (escort Keeshan back to Lakeshire), then died a few minutes later when Rohh the Silent (stealthed gnoll) showed up just after pulling Lieutenant Fangore in Redridge.
Lvl 37: Died at at Lake Nazferiti while fighting Venture Co Geologist for their gems. Overpulled and pet died, so I used feign death. I then moved towards a (seemingly) safe spot to eat/drink and res my pet. Sadly this spot also happend to be the favorite picnic spot of a lvl 42 elite MoshâOgg Warmonger.
