I’m in capital right now and no zombies anywhere, can’t find any info on how to get infected. Does anyone know?
i usually get infected when an IC rare is spawning
It is not in Orgrimmar? I’ve been trying now for half an hour, can’t find anything.
Ive been zombiefied several times whilst killing Nathanos…am thinking that maybe its the lack of social distancing in raid groups.

Ok I just got pestilence debuff, then killed myself to become zombie. Nope. still nothing. What kind of event is this…
theres infected critters in the street you can attack to instantly turn to a zombie.

Been trying to become a zombie for one hour now, still nothing. Great event Blizzard. So fun.
Easiest way is to browse these forums for 8 hours every day.

Logging off. I had a great time flying in circles around Orgrimmar for one hour trying to find any sign of infection. Wonderful “event”, Blizzard.
I was just standing in Undercity and a player/zombie attacked me and I became one. I was then instantly attacked by the NPCs and was killed. Makes no sense to me. I was a Level 17 char just logged and trying to work out why all my portals had now been removed. Then the screen started to go red and I died. You have to get help from those Argent thingy people and you get an icon telling you you are infected.
When I just logged back in to move my character to a safe place the screen was already flashing red. So my advice just go stand in Undercity.
Can’t say for Horde, but for Alliance there’s quite a few zombies in Darkshire usually. Which is the area you have to kill 12 Scourge mobs for a quest during the quest chain.
I assume the Horde has something similar… Maybe try there?
I went to Barrens and let a ghoul kill me, still no infection.

Hmm… I got that debuff on every character I dragged through Darkshire to kill those Scourge mobs.
Always someone deciding blow themselves up next to the questgiver.
Made it tedious to kill those 12 mobs because half the time I was a zombie and couldn’t attack them.
I think Blizzard removed the event.
There is a box you can click next to Chromie i org that turns you into a zombie i found out last night

Become a collector / completionist.
On the Alliance side they sometimes come in Goldshire, so I assume for Horde side it’s that Orcish city between Org and Zul’jin village (can’t remember the name)

LFG has most of the time a zombie raid going on, you can go there get infected and leave.
You are the wrong faction. Plenty on the blue side of the coin. BRAINS!!!
