so the point is - i cant buy wow token from main menu screen. for the start there is no button to do it at all, and some time later the button is actually appears, but i still cant buy token, because it says i dont have enough gold on this realm even tho i have way more (on characters itself, not in warband bank)
just pay with your card lol
i’m also encountering this problem tho but i just will pay with my card if it won’t get fixed. i guess it’s just a bug so stay tuned.

Paying with gold does not work for me too and it says i got not enough gold when i got twice that much
I found solution. Create new character, login with it, it is fixed.
Or login with existing character below 21 level and it is fixed.
Now click to login with high level character and this time there will option to use token (or to buy it, I guess).

That didn’t work for me.
I have a character with WAY more gold than needed for one token. This shows but is greyed out when I try and enter the world with them the first time. After that, does not even show up as an option.
Exact same problem - Opened a ticket and waiting for response - I also tried creating a new character which didn’t work as well as an already made character below 20 - Any developments on a fix would be great to hear
