how do i change target borde color! Enemy = red. freindly = green

ingame you can just go on the nameplates section and choose/customize the name plates
menu → interface → unit nameplates → Enemy units+always shownameplates+friendly players

customize at will (i dont use friendly players to not fill the screen)

Do you mean nameplates? The bars above their heads?

i tried it, and you cant make the blizzard default look in there + you cant change the color of target color according to their state Frendly/hostile

I don’t think you can customize that without an addon. Try Threat Plates. I’m not sure if it’s possible but I think you might be able to mimic the default Blizzard nameplates with it. Or close enough at least.

I would guess you change it in the addon you are using.
