Hello. I’m French, living in France.
My question is: how does one “choose” the language of the support they’re contacting?
My game client is in English, but I’m playing on a French realm, from a French location. So, which region will receive my in-game request?
Same question regarding browser tickets.

Ultimately if you type your ticket in English, you should get a response in English, even if you play on a French realm. 
As for the website, you can change the locale setting at the very bottom of the support page (globe icon) and this should also route your ticket to our English support if you prefer.
