How do I get a real response?

Dear blizzard players and employees , please read fully before judge !

A while ago 2 of my accounts got suspended reason : Offense: Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy.
For the second account : Exploitation of game mechanics

Naturally I put a appeal ticket for them since I did not participate in such activities . I asked politely to look into my accounts activities even sent a email to blizzard hack team to investigate my account for such activities ( which i did not get any respond ) but every time i put a ticket i always get the same response no matter what I say the response always is :

After this they always close the ticket and mark it as resolved!

About 10days ago I saw a video from one of blizzard content creators, he also got banned falsely . his name is Erosium , you can check his videos about it on youtube . Similar to me he also got same response for his tickets even tho he was working with blizzard !

He reach out to Devs and other content creators and after multiple tickets finally he got a different answer and his account unlocked after a week or so !

I mention Erosium as an example to show not everyone is guilty and blizzard could ban an account wrongly .

As a blizzard customers who have hundreds of days of played time and spend 15 dollars every month on top of expansion price , when such incident happens , we should at least get a manual review on our accounts .

Btw i have to mention I played 2 accounts together without any software , just using /follow and alt tabing , same way Erosium played .
Also any trade with strangers i made in game i always type the reason of trade the amounts i give or receive in group or private chats unless i trade with my close friends ( which i have them in battle.net as friends for years ) . none of these activities are exploitative or against blizzard TOS .

I am not a content creator i don’t have any connection and I don’t know how to get out blizzards template (or automated) answers loop . each time i put a ticket i takes days and sometime weeks to get the same exact answer ! Help me with this what i have to do?

P.S : My first language is not English , I hope post would be clear enough !
