How do I get Coalescing Visions?

This week I have been in five times but died once so only have rank 4 cloak. So I amassed enough currency to buy all five of those goes, or got drops of vessels. Next week it’s only one upgrade quest. So if I was up to date I’d only need to go in once.

and one of my characters did not get any of the bonus vessels. She was able to get R3 because of it bs R5 of one my other characters.

So yes, resources are bad.
