Just played a m+ with another balance druid and he got full moons called down all the time, while mine only come ever 3 mins or so. How do I get them more often?

It basically calls down full moon after you hit enough times with shooting stars.
Which one is it? I only saw the new moon talent.
I already have the shooting stars talent but I dont understand how you get the full moon so often still
Well you have to keep your moonfire and sunfire up, are you doing that? Are you doing eclipses correctly? In short is your rotation correct?
That’s literally it.
Are you taking new moon and radiant moonlight for double full moons?
How much haste do you have? More haste => more shooting stars => faster orbital breaker (i believe).
Are you maintaining all three dots 100% of the time? Moonfire, sunfire and stellar flare.
Finally are cycling eclipse rapidly? More eclipses => more solstice => faster orbital breaker as well.
