How do I get the fishing artifact?

Like where do I begin?

My fishing alt has reached level 40. I’m pretty sure I need to be level 45 to do the quest but can I at least start working on the required achievement or do I need to max legion fishing first?

You can work on the ach as you skill up legion fishing. But you need 100 legion fishing to get the quest starter once you complete bigger fish to fry.

Hey Chronormi,

There is a pretty good guide in here! The level requirements need a bit updating, but other than that, it should be solid.
