hello rn im at my last phase of the quest uniting the isles and now i need to go to highmountain but the problem is i dont know how to get there and i dont have any other quest that helps me get there
If I remember it right you should have a Eagle at Krasus’ Landing in Dalaran (Broken Isles) to fly you there. If there isn’t one you need to walk there on ground.

There’s a path from both Stormheim and Val’sharah. Also, there should be a quest in your class hall to chose to quest in Highmountain, which will enable you to take the flight path to Thunder Totem.

If you’ve never done the quest check your order hall mission map in the scouting section, take the quest for HM and the quest will lead you there

The quest should be at the scouting map in your class hall. Click on it and you should get the option to chose Highmountain as your next questing area.
i got to thunder thotem but i dont have any missions why is that?
Take the elevator to the inner chamber and speak with Mayla Highmountain. She should have the starting quest for you.
Do what Sholah said. Go to your order hall and use the map, click on Scounting map tab and there you can start highmountain storyline.
