Im in boralus on the big ship but i cant go to zuldazar and i cant find any quest? do ihave to complete the ENTIRE alliance zone campaings to unlock this travel? Seems like a huge oversight from blizzard
Unfortunately yes, you have to do at least one of the zone campaigns to get the ship to go there.
There is not even any quests in boralus for me to pickup except the mechagnoem allied race quest…

Have you turned on track low level/warbound completed quests?
Otherwise you may need to do the intro (which you can largely skip) by talking to the guard next to the hero board in stormwind iirc.
No you don’t, Portal to your main city from Dornagol>Portal to Caverns of time>fly north to Ratchet>fly east to echo isles and take the boat. There are no guards on the boat it should be fine.
Very fast with Dragon Riding. Just don’t fly over alcaz island you’ll get dismounted.
