Get to 120 and then storm through WQs in highmountain, emissaries etc

Someone will explain it better but just level up to 120 so you can literally 1shot everything in Broken Isles and then unlock World Quests in legion and then do them daily. That’s it.
WQs in highmountain, every quest you can pick up there as part of story too if you haven’t done them already.
Emissaries and kirin tor emissaries will give you a big chunk. Also mission table if that gives highmountain insignia.
Invasions may give rep insignia too but I’m not sure.
Unfortunately I never bothered to grind highmountain rep as I don’t play horde so no 110 horde char for unlock and I wasn’t interested in that allied race so my info isn’t great and may not be 100%.

Just do World Quests im Highmountain Zone. If you haven’t unlocked World Quests in Broken Isles you need to reach friendly with each Legion faction, you should have quest Uniting the Isles. Check also the Emissaries, they give 1500 rep. So do them if Highmountain or Kirin Tor is up(emissary of kirin tor let’s you choose rep for whatever faction you want).
