I just hit lvl 120.
I cannot join battle for Stormgarde.
Am i missing something ?
I get the quest for darkshore but nothing for stormgarde.
On battle map it says portal is open but when i go to portal trainer, she says it is too dangerous and portal cannot be open. I take it she means darkshore but i want to go to arathi.
So how can i start arathi warfront

I think it has an ilvl requirement of 320 to join. Could that be the problem?

Ilevel 320 is a problem indeed, since OP is only 312, but also look at the front page of Wowhead:
The Horde is attacking in Darkshore, which means you could go there when you have done the introduction and got to ilevel 320, but
The Horde holds Stromgarde, which means you have to wait until the Horde is attacking it again before you can do the Warfront.
It’s all rather difficult to get your head around, but Warfronts are not up all the time. Sometimes they’re available for Horde, sometimes for Alliance, sometimes for neither.

On War Table it says Patrol.
I have 312 item equipped but my it lvl in my inventory is 327.
I join bfa heroics so i should be able to join this area.
At least i should be able to go to “new” Arathi to hunt rare mobs.
I will try to equip the gear and see what happends.
Patrol means we get world quests in the Arathi Highlands.
Siege means we are currently fighting that Warfront in Darkshore.
Both have timers which show how much longer that phase will last.

Does it means i have to unlock world quest in zandalar to get access to world quest in arathi highlands ?
I would presume so. I had already unlocked world quests when I started doing Arathi Was but it would make sense.
Once one char has unlocked WQs, alts just speak to Nathanos to unlock them.
