How do I keep all three specializations geared?

So I main Restoration Shaman meaning my stat focus is intelect. Altough Elemental Shaman uses a little bit diffrent stats than Resto, I can still play it whenever I’m not pishing M+ or raids. However Enhancment uses totally diffrent stats and I would need totally diffrent gear in order to play it and not get kicked out of the group.
Do you have any advice how to keep Ench Shaman decently geared alongside other specializations?

just farm 2 weapons on enh and try to change the stats only from the fingers and neck…this is what i do on my shaman

Reason I got 3 shamans It’s probably possible, but esp. trinks and a shield may become an issue.

This expansion has had a few trinkets that are at least decent for all three specs, between the last two raids and the Inscrutable Quantum Device.

Yeah like IQD, Elegy, Secret Technique, First Sigil. Any combination of 2 of those at high ilevel is really just fine for all 3 specs. In Sanctum ocular gland was also fine for all 3.

So really you just need a pair of agi weapons and an int staff and you’re fine.
