How do I make a refund for a WoW subscription?

1 or 2 days ago my WoW sub renewed, while I was under the impression that it was either paused or cancelled entirely.

How do I refund it?

I haven’t played the game in like a month or two and haven’t used the renewed subscription in any shape or form.

According to Blizzard policy, I should still be able to refund it for anyone wondering.
I’ve tried to get into contact with support, but I just can’t find it (probably because of my smooth brain).

If that doesn’t work you will need to go to support

Then choose Payments

Then Contact Support

Then Refunds

Then Continue

Wait for the system to do it’s thing, then there is an extra option at the bottom to

‘I would like to request a refund on an order not shown here’
