I just came back to Wotlk the other day to transfer my characters from Earthshaker (EU) to get them ready for cataclysm with my friends, one of them joked and I did not catch the joke, about them moving to Gehennas, where I then transfered all my characters too, where they then told me they thought I understood it was a joke, and that they moved to Firemaw (EU).
I can’t transfer my characters away from Gehennas, so I wanted to try to make a ticket being hopeful Blizzard could help me. But writing a ticket is hard it seems. I can’t find where to actaully do it, all there comes is articles about my issue like transfer cost, unstuck character etc.
You can only make tickets about things the GM’s are allowed and able to help with.
I am not sure what you are hoping Blizzard will do for you in this case. They won’t revert your character transfer. You will have to purchase another transfer to move them, which you can’t do right now, because theres a cooldown on each character that is transferred, before it can be transferred again. A GM cannot override that cooldown.
The only time I have heard of a GM overriding the transfer system, is when the account has been hacked, and is being restored to the original owner, the characters are moved back to the original server.
In that kind of case, the only way to make a ticket would be by mis-categorizing it as a problem the GM’s are able and allowed to assist with. Not having had to make a ticket in a long time, someone else would be better placed to tell you how to do that.
I just thought I’d try and explain why its not an available option for your problem so far.
Basically, your “friends” have really “done you over” and stitched you up like a Christmas turkey, with their little joke,
I’m sorry to hear that you transferred your characters to the wrong server. I’m afraid that game masters wouldn’t be able to move your characters, or cancel these transfers if you’ve already used the tokens, which is why you can’t open a ticket for this issue.
You can of course transfer your characters again once the cooldown is over.
